Tasting Note: Nose: Creamy, lots of vanilla, fresh baked bread, egg custard and dried banana chips.  Palate: Toffee popcorn with a touch of salt and pinapple chunks.  Finish: Crisp and dry, quite herbal with aniseed, gooseberries and a little nutty.
