Dallas Dhu 12 years old Gordon & MacPahil

Dallas Dhu Distillery was designed Charles C. Doig and established by Alexander Edward in 1898. Dallas Dhu is situated near Dallas in the Speyside whiskey region but having closed as a working malt whiskey distillery in 1983 it is now in the care of Historic Environment Scotland and re-opened as a distillery museum. Most of its original equipment has been retained including two round wooden worm tubs and is a participant in the Spirit of Speyside Whiskey Festival. Gordon & MacPhail has released vintage bottlings of Dallas Dhu in recent years.
