Tasting Notes: Nose: Opens clean & fresh – carrying a fruity, sweet, candy quality plus a light honey & vanilla character.  Palate: Initially peppery in style, then mouthcoats with a macedonia of spiced, macerated, fresh fruit.  Finish: Long, now carring a sweetly gristed character that runs drier & spiced to a more oaky style.
